Kids Martial Arts:
-
No. In fact, the opposite is true. We teach our Lil Dragons respect, obedience and tranquility. We have seen several disobedient and physically expressive children become respectful and well-behaved after training in our classes.
-
Our facility and classes are completely co-ed. We think it is important for both boys and girls to learn discipline and respect together, all in a fun environment. We have a very diverse group of students and would love to have your child join our martial arts family.
-
It is impossible to say that no child will ever be injured in our class, but safety is key in our facility. We go to extremes to make sure that injuries are kept at a minimum. All classes include a warm-up stretching time to reduce the risk of injury.
-
We welcome all ages and skill levels at our facility! We have students as young as four years old in our Lil Dragons program as well as courses for adults with absolutely no prior experience. No matter what age and skill level your child or teen is, we will find a place for him or her.

Adult Martial Arts
-
No! Martial arts is actually a great way to enhance your physical health and get in shape. We offer beginner courses for all ages, so any level of physical ability is welcome!
-
Safety is our main priority at (name of school). We take all proper measures to make sure our students pose very little risk for injury. If you have any special physical needs or past injuries, please inform us prior to enrollment so that we may place you in the proper course.
-
We do not believe that violence is ever the answer! Martial arts teaches self-discipline, strength control and confidence. It is our hope that you will never need to use the self-defense tactics we teach, but also feel confident knowing that our students are always prepared to keep themselves and loved ones safe in case of a dangerous situation.
